cardio
Cardio refers to aerobic exercise, which increases blood flow to the heart. Cheerleading routines are usually only a few minutes but during intense practices and routines require a lot of endurance. Cheerleaders who tires after 30 minutes can cause a team to falter or a teammate to get hurt. Stamina helps cheerleaders perform a dance, acrobatics and gymnastics flawlessly. Some suggestions for improving performance as walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or any other exercise to do for a long time that cause you to sweat and increase respiration.
POWER
Cheerleading uses every muscle in your body. Especially important is the core, or midsection. The core consists of the abdominal muscles, oblique and lower leđa.Snažna cheerleader core allows for balance and tumble. Leaflets are able to balance better and pubs are able to support more easily. Power is needed for fumbling. Hurling whole body around in the air need tons of muscle strength. Some suggestions for improving the strength of weight training exercises for a few days with arm and leg weights. This will increase the muscle strength needed to cheer.
Flexibility
Flexibility refers to the ability to bend, bend, or one's body. Apparently, the cheerleaders need to be flexible. Share, heel stretches, high kicks, backbends, and jumps can be made if the cheerleader has the flexibility to do so.
